There is nothing to download
You will not find this in the App Store or on Google Play, and you do not need to. It installs from your browser, so there is nothing to download, nothing to update, and you are always on the latest version.
Choose the phone you are holding
On an iPhone or iPad this only works in Safari. If you are reading this in another browser, open the same page in Safari first.

Open this page in Safari.
Step 2
Tap the share button. It is the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
Step 4
Tap Add in the top right corner.
That is it
The icon is now on your home screen. Tap it and it opens full screen, with no browser bar, and it can send you a reminder when something needs you.
